Special Rebate Offer for Teachers Who Purchase with Personal Funds Teachers who buy the Individual Teacher/Classroom License own the license and can take it (and the CD-ROM media) with them if they move to another school, district, system or state. These teachers who purchase with their own funds are eligible for a complete refund of their expenditure if the teacher's school or school district purchases a School Site or School System license. To qualify for the refund, a teacher must be the owner of the license and the first person at his or her school to register with New Hope Publishing LLC as a First User. To register as a First User, send a letter via US mail stating that you are a First User, name and address of school, purchase price, and method of payment to: New Hope Publishing LLC We will return the purchase price to the First User upon receipt of payment for a license for Computer Lab, School Site or School System license. NOTE: The new Educator Deduction allows educators to increase their tax deduction on the federal return by up to $250 for out-of-pocket purchases of school supplies and materials even if they do not itemize their expenses.
