If you want to purchase an Individual Teacher / Classroom License this information applies to you:

Permitted Uses—you may:

Install the program application on each computer within the classroom in which you teach only, regardless of number of computers in the classroom or how many students you teach in the classroom.
Install the software (both the program application and the educational companion) on the computer used by the individual teacher covered by this license at school and/or on a personal computer at home for instructional preparation only.
Install the educational companion on a computer for purposes of printing worksheets, documents and other materials formatted as PDF files.
Make photocopies of any of the print materials, document text and other material on the educational companion for your students who are using the program application.
Individual Teachers who have acquired the license may install to the computers in another classroom when employed by or in a new school setting. Installations to computers where previously employed should be uninstalled.
When schools or educational institutions acquire the Classroom License, the program can only be installed to the computers in one classroom at a time and previous installations should be uninstalled.

Prohibitions—you may not:

Load this software to a file server or use it with a CD-ROM player configured to act as a file server. It was not designed to be administered via a network.
Make a copy of this software, including material printed from the PDF files contained on the educational companion for uses not explicitly authorized in the license acquired for this software.
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or make any attempt to discover the source code of the software.
Translate or create derivative works based on the software.
Remove, obscure, or alter any notice of the Thomas Day Education Project software copyright or other proprietary rights related to the package.
Sub-lease, sell, lend, rent, or lease any portion of the software.
Transfer ownership of this license to anyone else.
Give or sell one or more versions of the software to another person or entity while retaining the other version(s).
Transfer ownership of the software or any direct product to any person or entity in violation of the United States Export Administration Act.
