Install the software (both the program application and the educational companion) on any computer /s in the home for use by individuals who live at the residential location and their guests at the residential location.
Make copies of any of the print materials, document text and other material on the educational companion for residents of the home covered by this license and their guests only.

Prohibitions—you may not:

Load this software to a file server or use it with a CD-ROM player configured to act as a file server. It was not designed to be administered via a network.
Make a copy of this software, including material printed from the PDF files contained on the educational companion for uses not explicitly authorized in the license acquired for this software.
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or make any attempt to discover the source code of the software.
Translate or create derivative works based on the software.
Remove, obscure, or alter any notice of the Thomas Day Education Project software copyright or other proprietary rights related to the package.
Sub-lease, sell, lend, rent, or lease any portion of the software.
Transfer ownership of this license to anyone else.
Give or sell one or more versions of the software to another person or entity while retaining the other version(s).
Transfer ownership of the software or any direct product to any person or entity in violation of the United States Export Administration Act.
