Answer:
The basic solution is to change monitor size to 600 X 800 pixels.

What if the sound doesn't work?
Answer:
First, check to make sure volume is not muted and is turned up; if you
still have a problem, check to see if you have the correct version of
QuickTime installed, i.e. QuickTime 4.0 or higher
Question:
What if the videos don't work?
Answer:
Check that you have QuickTime 4.0 or higher installed on your system.
If the videos are not playing smoothly or if the audio is "out
of sync", check system requirements and also check that there is
enough memory for the application.
Question:
What if the graphics in the University microfiche reader don't come
up?
Answer:
Check memory and be sure that you have enough for the application.
